240 mile footrace through desert, canyons, slick rock, two mountain

ranges surrounded by Canyonlands and Arches National Parks


All aid stations serve a variety of real food. In the evenings and mornings aid stations serve hot food, easy to digest soup, vegetarian/vegan options, cold & hot drinks, gels, fruit, and much more! Our aid stations serve food to order with a focus on protein (burgers, bacon, eggs, wraps, beans) and fresh fruit including guacamole, avocados, grapes, bananas, watermelon, and other whole foods. Most aid stations will have medical volunteers/ Destination Trail medical team and first aid kits focusing on foot/ankle care. All aid stations will have either HAM communication or Satellite phone communication. All aid stations will track runner's in and out times through the communication team. Sleep stations will be set up for runners to have a master drop bag for items like tent, sleeping bag and pad. Participants are encouraged to have additional warm clothing at stations. ​For most up to date info about aid stations please see our runner's manual (link below).
